📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing key client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.,Maintain and update client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Assist in the development and execution of client-specific strategies and action plans.,Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services and products.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews.,Support the Key Account Manager in attending client meetings and events as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.,Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
