In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the company's costs to ensure profitability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting and a passion for optimizing financial performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze cost data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement cost control strategies and policies,Prepare and analyze cost reports for management,Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide cost-saving recommendations to management,Coordinate with other departments to ensure cost-effective operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
