📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and development of luxury residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to integrate functional and aesthetic elements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and submit design documents, including blueprints, sketches, and specifications, to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and construction.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
