As a Modernization Project Manager at ConnectWise, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand partner needs, develop comprehensive project plans, and execute strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. Leveraging your expertise in project management and technology modernization, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans that align with business objectives and partner needs.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Leverage project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management and technology modernization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology modernization or IT projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.
