📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.,Process various types of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer accounts.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols to protect customer information and assets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role, preferably in a teller position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and analytical skills.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid ID and banking license (if applicable).
