In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations. You will work closely with our finance team to provide accurate and timely financial information, supporting our strategic decision-making processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and income tax.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns using SAP and TaxSoft.
Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic planning.
Manage the financial reporting process, including month-end close, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Experience with SAP and TaxSoft, or similar accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in accounting or tax (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIT) is a plus.
