📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of production schedules and tasks.,Monitor and report on production progress and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and facilities.,Support the production team in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the shipping and logistics industry.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
