As a Creative Videographer - Full-Cycle Production Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our creative process, working closely with clients to understand their needs and create content that exceeds their expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative concepts for video projects, working closely with clients to ensure their vision is realized.
• Plan and manage the entire video production process, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring high-quality results.
• Oversee the work of a team of videographers, editors, and other production staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all video content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production, and incorporate new ideas into our workflow.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and deliver final products on schedule.
• Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for improvement to enhance the quality of our video content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a videographer or similar role, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience working with a variety of cameras and equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and drones.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to develop and execute innovative video concepts.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content for various channels.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed, including in Bali and other parts of Indonesia.
