📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Sales Manager in managing sales activities and customer relations,Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities,Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve targets,Training and mentoring junior sales staff,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients,Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking,Preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with the sales and distribution industry is a plus,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English,Must be willing to travel for business purposes
