📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize export and import processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain and update trade compliance documentation, including shipping documents, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and trade compliance.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on logistics and trade compliance procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international trade.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that export and import operations align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import operations or related roles.
• Proficient in using logistics and trade compliance software such as SAP, TradeCompliance, and others.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
