📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top-tier talent for US-based clients using various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Leverage your extensive network to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a global or international setting.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
