📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Provide training and support to logistics staff to improve their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving logistics operations and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
