Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food,Ensure high-quality meals are served to customers,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Manage inventory and food supplies,Train and supervise kitchen staff,Implement health and safety protocols,Develop and maintain recipes and menus,Participate in cost control and budgeting🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef,Knowledge of Indonesian and local cuisine,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Valid food handling and safety certification,Fluency in English and Portuguese,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
