📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Manage a team of cashiers, providing training and guidance as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent losses or discrepancies.,Generate and maintain accurate financial reports.,Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
