📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales operations to meet and exceed targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Handle cashier duties accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Train and mentor junior sales and cashier staff.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for sales.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other sales software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
