📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain technical infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and security systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Document all infrastructure changes and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Provide on-site technical support to our clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients' infrastructure remains cutting-edge.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure and technical support roles.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or similar are a plus.
• Proficient in using tools such as VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft System Center.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for infrastructure management.
