Top Glove, a leading global manufacturer of gloves, is seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures. You will also conduct regular safety inspections, provide safety training, and develop safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.,Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a safe and healthy work environment.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their cause and to implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.,Work closely with management to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.,Promote a safety culture within the organization and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), is preferred but not required.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
