📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.),Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner,Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics,Assist with executive tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Provide support to the team as needed, including administrative tasks and research

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role,Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Familiarity with project management tools and software,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
