Hexa Business is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Mandarin Speaker to join our team as a Sourcing & Procurement Intern. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the procurement and sourcing industry. The intern will work closely with the procurement team to support the sourcing and procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sourcing and procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and products.,Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations, using Mandarin language skills to facilitate communication.,Monitor and track procurement activities, including order status, delivery schedules, and payment processing.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the procurement and sourcing field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Fluent in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.,Basic knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Previous internship or work experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field is a plus.
