📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.,Identify and attract potential students through various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods.,Conduct school tours and information sessions to showcase the benefits of studying at Victoria World Academy.,Manage and maintain a database of potential students and track their progress through the enrollment process.,Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.,Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a similar role in an educational institution.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and international school standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, Spanish) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude, with a passion for education and a commitment to student success.
