Cinepolis Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage (F&B) Assistant Manager to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily F&B operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage and train F&B staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement menu plans, considering guest preferences and market trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain consistent food quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage.
• Collaborate with other departments to align F&B offerings with overall cinema experience.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote and uphold the brand's values and standards in all F&B operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in the cinema or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing F&B teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as NCR Aloha or similar.
• Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
