📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts, working closely with the finance team.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and provide support to internal teams on billing-related queries.
• Utilize billing software such as SAP and Oracle to manage and analyze billing data.
• Generate reports and provide insights on billing trends and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing and accounts payable/receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with billing software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
