As a Global Trade Compliance Analyst, you'll be responsible for monitoring trade-related activities, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to customs, export control, and anti-bribery laws. You'll work with trade data analytics tools like SAP Ariba and Oracle Trade Compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues efficiently. With 5-7 years of experience in trade compliance, you'll leverage your expertise in international trade laws and regulations to support KLA-Tencor's expansion in Southeast Asia.

• Monitor and analyze trade-related activities to identify potential compliance risks
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for trade compliance issues
• Ensure adherence to customs, export control, and anti-bribery laws and regulations
• Work with trade data analytics tools like SAP Ariba and Oracle Trade Compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues efficiently
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on trade compliance best practices
• Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Law, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in the semiconductor or related industries
• Certification in trade compliance, such as CITP (Certified in Trade Compliance) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations, including customs, export control, and anti-bribery laws
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with trade data analytics tools like SAP Ariba and Oracle Trade Compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
