IT Staff - Technical Support & Systems Management

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain our company’s IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our company’s technology by monitoring and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of our company’s IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Work closely with other IT team members to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our company’s technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and systems management.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Certification in ITIL Foundation or CompTIA A+ is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
