📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 10-15 sales representatives and delivery personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the regional manager.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the distribution or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
