General Manager - Pre-Opening Hotel

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the pre-opening phase, ensuring all aspects of the hotel are ready for launch.
• Manage and train the hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with corporate clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Develop and implement service standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the hotel meets its targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel's unique features and offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale property.
• Proven track record of successfully managing pre-opening projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
